LOCUMATE Competition

Please read these terms and conditions carefully.

1. The Promoter of the Locumate Competition is Locumate Pty Ltd, 5a Hartnett Close Mulgrave Vic 3170 . Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions. Participation in this competition is deemed acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.
2. Entry is open only to Australian residents who are AHPRA Registered Pharmacists. Employees of Locumate Pty Ltd and their families are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences at 8.00am (AEST) on June 17th 2021 and closes at 5.00pm (AEST) on August 31^st 2021 (“Promotional Period”).
4. Eligible entrants in the Locumate Competition will enter the prize draw. Valid entries must include all survey questions completed and an active email address or phone number. Incomplete or illegible entries will not be accepted. Locumate Pty Ltd’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
5. One prize will be drawn from all entrants. The prize consists of a ONE off payment of the annual AHPRA registration fee for the pharmacist winner.
6. The prize draw will take place at 4.00pm October 1^st 2021 at Locumate Pty Ltd’s office. The winner will be the first valid entry drawn from entries made during the promotional period subject to these Terms and Conditions.
7. If any prize is unavailable, Locumate Pty Ltd, at its discretion, reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize to the equal value. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable and are not redeemable for cash.
8. Each winner will be notified via email from a Locumate Pty Ltd representative within fourteen (14) days of the prize draw.
9. All entries become the property of Locumate Pty Ltd.
10. Locumate Pty Ltd reserves the right to request each winner to provide proof of identity, proof of residency and/or proof of entry validity. In the event that a winner cannot provide suitable proof, the winner will forfeit his/her prize in whole and no substitute will be offered.
11. If this competition is interfered with in any way or is not capable of being conducted as anticipated due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Locumate Pty Ltd, Locumate Pty Ltd Australia reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to the fullest extent permitted by law (a) to disqualify any entrant, or (b) subject to any written directions from a regulatory authority, to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the competition, as appropriate.
12. Locumate Pty Ltd collects personal information in order to conduct the competition and may, for this purpose, discloses such information to third parties, including but not limited to, prize suppliers and as required, to Australian regulatory authorities. Entry is conditional upon providing this information. By entering this competition, entrants consent to the collection and use of personal information as set forth herein. Entrants should direct any request to access update or correct information to Locumate Pty Ltd.
